Lifetime is defined as the yield able life of the tread of the tyre. When the tread remaining reaches the minimum tread indicator block, it is deemed that the life of the tyre has expired.
The guarantee is only applicable if the customer returns to the fitting depot for a half yearly tyre inspection and pressure check, performed by the supplier. This is a good incentive to get the customer to go back to the tyre retailer.
